Founded in Stockholm, Gemme Collective is built on over 20 years of hands-on experience in the global fashion industry. Our founder, Sanja Jovansdotter Meerits, has held senior roles at leading companies such as Zara and H&M, with deep expertise across assortment planning, product development, sourcing, and production. This first-hand experience defines how we work. We understand what the industry truly demands—and what strong talent looks like in practice. Our network spans seasoned senior specialists with extensive experience as well as promising junior talent ready to grow within purchasing, design, and pattern construction.
