Technically yes. We believe in giving great clothes a second chance, so we thoroughly source every garment in secondhand markets and vintage vendors in Europe. Gemme Collective garments have traces of previous life and small imperfections that we are happy to keep as there is beauty to them. That said, every Gemme Collective piece undergoes repair, remake and cleaning procedures to make sure they feel new and are safe for use.
Upcycling
is a creative and sustainable approach to recycling and reusing materials to give them a new and often improved purpose. It involves taking discarded or unused items and transforming them into something of higher value, utility, or aesthetics without breaking them down into their original raw materials.
Deadstock refers to brand-new, unused, and often vintage material that were manufactured but never used by brands or sold toconsumers. These fabrics are typically
stored in a warehouse, stockroom, or storage facility for an extended period of
time.
All our products are produced and/or upcycled in our micro factory in central Stockholm.
At Gemme Collective, our garments are tailored in EU sizes, ranging from 34 to 44, or XS to L. We intentionally design most of our styles with a loose or relaxed fit, accommodating a broader size spectrum based on individual styling preferences.

By customizing existing garments, you can address issues like size, fit, or style preferences without discarding the old clothing. The products and sizes displayed on our web store reflects what we currently have in stock. As all our products are unique and one of a kind, they are out of stock when sold. However we have several garments in the same silhuettes and qlty. So If you wish to receive further information regarding your favorite style, pls sign up to "Get notified when back in stock"
Most part of our pre-loved luxury selection comes from auction houses in Japan, the world’s biggest market for pre-loved luxury.
They all come authenticated by third party professional authentication services performed by the auction houses in Japan. In most cases they also come with serial numbers.
Shipping and Returns
Gemme Collective ships to all the EU countries as well as to the UK and US.
Sweden: Free delivery on all orders over 3,000 SEK. Standard delivery charge is 99 SEK. Orders are delivered to a pick-up point within 1-3 days.
Denmark: Free delivery on orders over 2500 DKK. Standard delivery charge is 69 DKK. Orders are delivered to a pick-up point within 1-3 days.
European Union: Free delivery on all orders over 300 EUR. Standard delivery charge is 15 EUR. Orders are delivered to a pick-up point within 3-5 days.
United Kingdom: Free delivery on all orders over 300 GBP. Standard delivery charge is 15 GBP. Orders are delivered to a pick-up point within 3-5 days.
Please note that the shipping charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the destination country. We send your order on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
United States: Free delivery on all orders over 600 USD. Standard delivery charge is 30 USD. Orders are delivered to a pick-up point within 4-6 days.

Return the product(s) as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 14 days after receiving your parcel.
1. Email us at returns@gemmecollective.comand include your order number. We would appreciate your feedback on why you are not satisfied with the product(s).
2. Place the product(s) in the original shipping box or bag, or any other solid carton box or plastic bag.
3. Include thee return form (if applicable) inside the box or bag.
4. Close the box or bag and tape it securely.
5. Affix the return label you received with the delivery (if applicable) on the package, covering the previous information.
6. Return the package to your nearest delivery point.
Please note that you are responsible for the item until we have received it. Therefore, you should use a trackable shipping method and keep a copy of your shipping receipt for your records. Additionally, if applicable, clearly mark the package as “RETURN” on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of the goods. Packages not marked this way or declared at zero value may experience delays or incur import duties.
You are responsible for the shipping charges when returning products in accordance with your cancellation rights. We will not refund any additional duties, taxes, or charges that may be incurred in relation to a return.
